Who we are

Nou Taxi Mauritius is a family-run private taxi and tour service based at Royal Road, Blue Bay, Mauritius. You can reach us on WhatsApp or by phone at +230 5253 7751, or by email at bookings@noutaxi-mauritius.com.

What we collect

When you request a quote or booking through this website, you may give us your name, email address, phone number and trip details (service, route, date, time, group size and luggage). We only collect what you choose to send us.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to reply to your booking enquiry and arrange your ride. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

How your enquiry reaches us

Our booking buttons hand your enquiry to WhatsApp (operated by Meta) and/or email. Your message is delivered to us through those services and is subject to their own privacy terms.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — for example which pages are viewed and when a booking button is tapped. This uses cookies and collects anonymised usage data. It does not identify you personally and is not linked to your booking details. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to handle your booking and any follow-up, then delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete the details you have sent us at any time. Email bookings@noutaxi-mauritius.com and we will remove them.
